Today’s view into the headquarter of Berlin Space Technologies GmbH shows the verification of the power control unit (PCU) for our next generation satellite (LEOS-100).
LEOS-100 which we announced at IAC in Paris enables demanding missions of 200-500kg mass with generously sized accommodation for the payload: 250kg and 2m³ as well as kW power.
This makes LEOS-100, which will be mass manufactured in our new factory in #berlin, ideal for high resolution earth observation, radar and science as well as mega constellations such as #IRIS2 from European Commission.
The picture shows the Engineering model of a PCU that will be delivered as part as a payload interface simulator to a customer who is very much in a hurry: ordered end of July ’22, to be delivered in January ’23. No worries we are up to the challenge!
